The cutting-edge horizontal high vacuum furnace, featuring gas cooling, stands as the pinnacle for brazing aluminum-alloy heat exchangers. It seamlessly accommodates diverse loads and part configurations.
The unique chamber and resistor geometry ensures that each heat exchanger pack is exposed on both sides to the radiant surface of high-efficiency resistors. This design facilitates swift cycles and ensures uniform heating throughout the process.

Détails
The cycle operates automatically, eliminating the need for operator supervision. Precise temperature and pressure settings can be predetermined.
Upon reaching the brazing temperature and ensuring sufficient time for complete melting at the coupling surfaces, the furnace initiates a first natural cooling phase under vacuum. Subsequently, a second step is performed using nitrogen.
The resistor and thermal chamber's geometric configuration was carefully crafted to achieve high heat exchange rates and uniform temperature distribution. The hot zone boasts a robust metal structure designed to withstand thermal effects without undergoing permanent deformations, while minimizing heat loss to the surroundings.
The system's rapid emptying is facilitated by a generously sized pumping unit. The furnace, not emitting heat outward, is suitable for installation in a conditioned environment. It only consumes electrical power as needed and avoids causing environmental pollution in both the atmosphere and wastewater.
