The high vacuum furnace offers an advanced solution for vacuum heat treatments with rapid cooling in high pressure inert gas (hardening, solubilization, ageing, etc.).
The pumping unit allows a rapid evacuation of the vacuum chamber and high operating vacuum.
The high installed power, the large heating element surfaces and the ability to heat the charge at low temperatures by auxiliary convection allow high thermal uniformity cycles for better process quality.
An inert gas circulation system combines high flow, high pressure and a multi-directional flow distribution to ensure rapid and uniform charge cooling.
A SCADA supervision system provides complete control of the furnace.
The vacuum chamber remains at room temperature and the furnace can be installed in a conditioned environment.
The system uses electrical power only when required and does not cause air or water pollution.

Details
The vacuum chamber extends along a horizontal axis and is rounded at both ends.
The front case back opens from right to left by rotating on a sturdy hinge to allow access to the thermal chamber and inspection of various system components.
Two sectors of toroidal jaw, controlled by a pair of hydraulic cylinders, constitute the safety tightening of the front case back.
The operation of the various components of the pumping unit is automatic, synchronized and safe.
The insulation of the thermal chamber is obtained by means of rigid graphite panels, covered with a flexible graphite sacrificial layer to protect against the flow of gas during the cooling step. Parts subject to increased stress are protected by a CFC foil.
The inert gas cooling system allows the heat chamber and the charge to be brought from the working temperature to the room temperature.
It includes a centrifugal impeller, an asynchronous electric motor, and a heat exchanger.
