The vacuum furnace with gas shut-off represents the most evolved for quenching heat treatments and relative tempering, annealing, solubilization,…, adapting, due to the specificity of the gas path, to the most varied geometries of the charge and of the pieces.
The furnace gives the possibility, during the shutdown phase, to prepare the circulation of the gas (nitrogen) at a maximum pressure of 10 bar, cooling the charge from the bottom, from above or from both directions, allowing the fastest descent of the temperature of the charge with the best uniformity.
All systems are subject to our quality procedures, therefore they are checked in every detail and this allows us to guarantee the equipment for 12 months.

The furnace is delivered guaranteed, with PED certificate and updated to current regulations.
