This high vacuum furnace is engineered for sintering ceramic matrix materials.
Its vertical loading design and metallic hot zone with tungsten mesh resistor ensure temperature uniformity up to 2000 °C.
The system features a stainless steel, water-cooled vacuum chamber, 10-layer thermal shielding, and a high-performance pumping group (down to 10^-5 Pa).
The cycle is fully automated via Siemens PLC and controlled through a touch screen operator panel with Eurotherm data logging.
Safety measures prevent operation in non-optimal conditions (cooling water, process gas, vacuum level) and block access at high internal temperatures.
The useful chamber volume is Ø150x150 mm, with a max load of 3 kg and pump-down time under 30 minutes. The system only uses power when needed and generates no harmful emissions.
